Hand blown glass triple eye, passive security device

This is more than just a cool decoration, but it's that too.

It's a solid glass 3 way eye, green, brown, and blue. Made with quality borosilicate/pyrex glass, with a loop on top for hanging wherever it looks good, or you want people to have an eye on them.
Made to order, so each will be slightly different, but I've been workign with glass for over 25 years now, so each will be consistent quality.

Hang one by where you park your car, outside your home, or wherever you want people to behave well.
It might just stop someone doing something they shouldn't.

Studies have been done that showed people were more honest when there was an image of an eye nearby.
They didn't even have to notice it, and maybe it's better if they don't. They sub-consciously felt like they were being observed and were more likely to obey rules, and do the right thing. Just like if there really was someone else there.
Of course if they are the type that doesn't even care if they are observed behaving badly, it won't work. It works on people who don't want to be seen doing wrong.
