Return Policy

RETURNS
Any item damaged, or lost in transit will be fully refunded, or replaced, as per customers choice.
If your item arrives damaged, simply send a photo of the damaged packaging and item, and you will be refunded immediately.
If the item is lost before being delivered to the address provided, we may need to verify with the mail service that the package is truly lost before issuing a refund. Usually this shouldn't take more than 2 weeks.

Undamaged items may be returned unless specifically noted otherwise.
You will need to pay return shipping, usually $5 for most items.

You will receive your refund within 2 days of receipt of the item, if it is in the same condition as it was when shipped. 

EXCHANGES
Items of same value may be exchanged. You will need to pay return shipping.
