Made of borosilicate/pyrex glass, this is a multi-purpose massage and acupressure design I developed with the help of my mom, who has been into acupressure, touch for health, for decades.

This tool is covered in small bumps, which helps with gripping in the hand, but also makes it a nice roller type massager. You can roll it between the hands, under your foot, or on muscles that need loosening up.

It has a small end that is great for tough foot points, like on the heel, or small hard to pinpoint points, like on the toes, ears, fingertips.

The other end is more blunt, for more sensitive points. The small end while a rounded tip, is surprisingly pointy feeling, and can hurt tender spots.
You want to be gentle on most points. Only the feet and the hands sometimes need a bit of pressure to get to the points.

You also need to be careful when using on someone else, or a pet. I'd recommend getting used to how it feels on yourself first.

It is solid, and fully annealed, so it is very strong. I stood on one, and I'm a big guy, and it was fine.

I'd recommend rolling it on carpet under the foot though.
